Cayman Reef Spiced 5 Year Old Rum

Cayman Reef White Rum is a light-to-medium bodied rum with a clear color. It has a fruity aroma with notes of toasted coconut, nougat, and clay. It has a slightly peppery finish and a whipped cream on the finish.
Some say Cayman Reef White Rum is excellent for mojitos and can also be drunk straight.
White rum is made from sugarcane products, such as molasses or sugarcane juice, that is filtered and bottled without aging. White rum is clear because of its shorter aging period, which sometimes occurs in steel tanks. A good white rum will have a lighter taste, but it should still have flavor derived from the sugar cane.
